Size Exchanges

Please fill out our Contact Us form with your order number and what size you would like to exchange for. A member of our team will generate a return shipping invoice of $20 which is the cost of our shipping carrier for round-trip shipping  (We wish we didn't have to charge this)

Once the shipping invoice is paid we will email you a return label. Simply print and stick on the original packaging!

Please note below the following terms and conditions:

  • Request for size exchanges must be submitted within a week of the product delivery date.
  • We do not accept returns only size exchanges this is because every belt is handmade to order and we stock no inventory. Every belt is specifically built for you! Thank you so much for understanding and supporting our growing small business!
  • Size Exchanges will not occur if the item shows evidence of damage or wear and is not in resale condition.
  • We have the right to refuse size exchanges if it does not comply with our exchange policies. 
  • We are committed to ensuring your belt fits perfect and that you are a satisfied with your 100% American made belt!
