I bought a Mack belt for my Big Brother. Last night he contacted me & thanked me. When I was an aerospace machinist, he was my mentor & if he saw bad quality or didn't like something, he would tell me. Thanks Mack belts: another home run!!!

the buckle is amazing US craftmanship with an amazing single stitched leather belt. Even the sizing suggestion was spot on. This belt has become one of my go to belts, which i only really wear three this one being the tope one, when I'm not in uniform. The weight, the feel is just perfect. I am very pleased with this belt. Give it a try the belt will not disappoint you nor will it fail you. Great job Mack Belts!!!

I have always had a problem belts wearing out fairly quickly, so when I saw an advertisement online for Mack Belts, and their claim of a long lasting belt, made from the highest quality materials, I had to check it out. I perused their website, and the belts did look robust, but the price tag was pretty high, so I wasn't sure I would actually purchase one, but the universe had other plans, because that very day, my latest favorite belt gave out ... leaving me with just a buckle in my one hand, holding up my pants with the other. I decided that I would give Mack a shot.

I ordered the Judge Belt, thinking that would be the most durable, but I was a larger size than what was offered on their website. I emailed them and they were more than accommodating, telling me to just email them my size when I order the belt and they would custom make it, since all their belts are custom made. AWESOME!!!

After I ordered the first belt, which was brown, I decided that I needed a black belt to go with my dress slacks, so I added to the order a Freedom Belt as well, letting them know the size, as I had the other belt order. I'm not going to say that everything went smooth .... it didn't .... unfortunately they could not make the black Freedom Belt for me and my order got misplaced, so I didn't get my belts right away, but they were open, honest, and assured me that they would take care of me. They, told me that I could get the black Governor belt in my size, but it would not have a double stitch, like the Judge did. I was ok with that, since it was going to be for my dress slacks anyways and didn't think the double stitch would look as good.

When I got the first belt, the Judge .... OMG, it was amazing. It was very well built, you could tell the quality of the materials and the workmanship immediately. The belt was very stiff, which is normal for new leather, so I have to work it a bit, but I am here to tell you that this belt is by far the best belt I have ever owned! I wear it every day, and it shows no signs of wear of any kind. It is thick .... I mean, THICK!!! And it is super well built. My only complaint, which is actually quite inconsequential, is that the buckle is a smaller than I am used to and sometimes it makes it harder to get the belt through the buckle, at least at first, until the belt wears in and loosens up., oh, and saddle soap or leather conditioner would certainly help in that area as well.

So then, after two months, I got my second belt, I did mention that my order got lost, right? So the Governor Belt was thinner, but still extremely well made, full leather, but was perfect for my dress pants. It did not take as much to loosen it up, and it worked wonderfully. I have used this belt a few times when having to wear black dress pants and it is a perfect accessory, as well as being functional. Again, cannot see any wear at all on this belt, after a number of uses.

So now I am considering buying a brown belt for my tan and brown dress pants .... can't wear a black belt with those, right? LOL Of course I am going to get it from Mack Belts .... they are my new belt store! No more JC Penneys, DXL, Dillards, Macys, Nordstroms, or Walmart cheap, poor quality belts for me, No SIR .... I am a Mack Belt guy now! What's more, they are made in the USA and Mack is a Veteran, just like me, so I support him and his company 100%. I can't lie, the prices for the belts are a bit on the higher side, but when I think about how much money I have spent on inferior belts over the years, the up front cost of these belts more than pays for themselves.

This is my second Mack belt and I’m just as impressed with the quality as I was on the first. Fit and finish are great and it just feels better than other belts I own,

I love this belt. I hope it last me for the rest of my life. If not I will definitely buy another one.

Second purchase couldn’t be happier

I already own another Mack Belt - The Freedom Belt, which is by far hands down the best and strongest belt I’ve owned for more than a year now- it’s indestructible!

However, I decided to pick up another belt recently that is a bit more elegant to wear with dress pants at work and church. The Governor looks and feels lightweight, yet screams like it’s tougher than nails. I really love the iconic belt buckle. Simple-tough- and made in America! I also love how the belt comes packaged with Mack’s story in a simple elegant cardboard box. I couldn’t be more pleased with this belt.

My family thinks I’m a little crazy at how excited I was about a belt, but after I’ve gone through over 30 or more belts in the last 15 years that just didn’t hold up and would break apart at the seams or crack. I bought an expensive Italian leather belt a few years ago that the stitching came apart after a few weeks and the buckle literally fell off. Another the buckle bent. I’m a big guy and tough on belts…That’s not going to ever happen again with a Mack belt. I’m hooked and can’t wait to get another belt and expand my collection.

If you want a higher quality belt, made in America by a veteran…do yourself a favor and pick up a Mack belt today. Trust in all these positive reviews…you won’t regret it. Spend the money it’s worth it!

I was hesitant at first due to price. However, i do believe in paying for quality especially on products that are going to last. This belt is definitely worth it. Now that i am holding it in my hands and wearing it daily i can appreciate the quality and craftsmanship. I truly believe this thing will last me the rest of my life. No more $20 belts every year. 10 out of 10!
