The Hammer Belt

This belt will NEVER wear out! Love it!

I'm the kind of guy who spends money to buy good equipment. I've been wearing a well made top grade leather belt since 2015. It has been abused and served faithfully over the years, but sweat, sea spray, rain, and some ever increasing tension finally forced my belt into retirement. Enter the hammer belt. With its synthetic strap and robust milled stainless buckle, this belt looks no different than the moment I took it out of the box, even after a week of hard duty. Seriously, you would be hard pressed to determine which hole I have been using. I can sweat all I want and get drenched in sea spray, and the belt is no worse for it. After recently receiving the Hammer Bet I was immediately impressed with its tough and rugged construction. I must confess my confusion though about whether it was better suited for delivering stout support for my britches, and whatever I may need to carry, or as a defensive fighting tool. I quickly realized that it was both. Whether I’m beating back soft board room arguments or fighting off a crazed orange vested wild man, the Hammer delivers. Thanks Macks Belts!

I am an Archaeologist and these belts are fabulous. Unlike leather belts they don't get wrapped or stretched as they get sweat soaked and I never ever worry about straining or breaking a buckle like I have in the past. This is my second belt because I lost the first on a trip and decided I had to replace it. If you work in a physically demanding environment these belts are a must.

So as a 50 year old man who’s worn a belt most of his life let me assure you a well made belt is worth its weight in gold.
If you work outside an office, trade work, construction, various military roles, etc. this should be a well known fact. As such I plan accordingly.

My 15 year old Filson belt was getting a bit rough. Been around several blocks and was in need of a well earned rest.

So I read about some SF guys building belts. Now, it has been my experience that when Frogmen set out to complete a task it is done with a level of professional excellence that has been known to make an impact.

This is a first class grade A spun up and squared away belt. Yeah, you fashion forward types will be pleased. But for us old blue collar grumpy ass kickers this sort of excellence of execution is rare these days.

I’ll be ordering another. Think I’ll mix it up and get a brown belt. Bold move I realize, but prudent considering the quality found here.
